The 2-storey house consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine and a television. Your private outdoor area offers a pool (available all year round) with a sun terrace with sun beds and furniture, a covered terrace and a barbecue. Here you can relax with a glass of wine and forget the stress of everyday life. The closest restaurant is a 3-minute drive away while the nearest supermarket can be reached by car in 7 minutes. If you fancy a day at the beach you can reach multiple beaches along the east and south coast in approximately 35-40 minutes driving and the nearest beach is Playa de Pozo Izquierdo (a 36-minute drive away). Furthermore, Gran Canaria airport is a 41-minute drive from the house (30 km).
